# Providers Overview

Docs-Dispatcher routes each dispatch through an external **provider**. This page lists every provider currently supported, grouped by service.

15 providers total. Each provider page lists the exact configuration fields (with types and requirements) and any provider-specific request settings.

Email also supports a generic SMTP relay (provider code `NONE` — the default when no dedicated provider like Brevo is configured), not listed above since it isn't a named third-party provider.

## Choosing a provider on a request

You can drive provider selection in three ways:

1. **Explicit on the request** — set `providerName` in the body and Docs-Dispatcher uses exactly that provider.
2. **User default** — if `providerName` is omitted, the per-user default configured for that service is used.
3. **Company default** — if neither user-level nor explicit selection applies, the company-level default is used.
